Returns & Refunds

All SummerRain products are non-returnable and non-refundable once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We’ll review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
